Prayers wanted

If you pray or meditate or hope, we could sure use some of your positive energy tomorrow. Starting at 8 am, Toby will undergo a full 2-day workup of neck, abdominal and pelvic CTs, a radioactive mibg injection, four bone marrow biopsies and aspirations, a brain MRI and an MiBG nuclear scan.

We are in high "scanxiety" mode this week, especially after Toby's complaints of pain 10 days ago. This disease is relentless, and we have learned to brace ourselves for the worst, while hoping for the best. Hope with us.

love,
mooki+stephen

Hi Mooki and Stephen,
You can count on prayers and hope for Toby from us, too.
And love, of course,

These photos are amazing, and Toby looks fantastic.

Prayer and Hope are my constant offerings to you, most especially tomorrow. Toby is a handsome little boy and looks just like his Dad at that age. Imagine that he will be 5 years old pretty soon. I hope to see him before his birthday.

I have to agree with Andy, Toby is incredibly handsome. I think it is because he is a beautiful on the inside as he is on the out, and that combination just shines through.

I am glad you have scans and will be able to rest easy (at least for a few weeks) with the good news you are bound to get.

We're thinking of you -- hoping that with his graduation Toby is not just moving on from Beansprouts but also moving on from this horrible disease. He looks great! We're sending lots of positive thoughts your way.

Stephen & Mooki,
My heart is with you and Toby, and Yoni. Yours and Toby's inner resources astonish me. Your passion and your fearlessness to face both the best and the worst simultaneously is extraordinary.
Please post the results as soon as you get them.
Much Love,
Lynn

Thank you for the beautiful pictures! Someone sent me this blog a long while back and I have been donating blood for Toby at Sloan Kettering. I really love following his progress.
